吴山镇二〇一九年工作安排


2019年是新中国成立70周年,是全面建成小康社会关键时期,也是我镇聚力脱贫、深化改革、加快发展的攻坚期。我们必须要准确把握形势,务必真正把思想统一到科学发展、和谐发展上来,把力量凝聚到推动各项工作争先进位上来,把行动落实到为人民群众办实事、做好事上来。全力抢抓新机遇,砥砺前行,积极应对新挑战,加速推动新发展。

2019年,吴山镇整体工作思路和主要目标是:习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入贯彻落实党的十九大和十九届二中、三中全会精神,全面落实县委十八届六中全会精神,以经济农业镇、矿业镇、生态旅游”为定位,重点抓好招商财税、乡村振兴、民生事业、社会稳定“五型”政府建设五个方面持续推进吴山镇经济社会全面发展,为全县实现“对接赣江新区、强力决战工业、打造生态城乡、全面建成小康”作出应有贡献。

为实现上述目标,2019年,我们将重点做好以下个方面工作:

(一)聚焦经济发展,确保招商财税稳收增收继续加大招商引资力度,围绕县委3+1”产业布局,强化产业链招商、以商招商、精准招商。采取广撒网、重点捕捞方式建立一批招商项目信息储备,实现持续发展重点扶持好一批骨干企业做大做强,如弘裕纺织和印染项目、永飞矿业绿色矿山建设。2019年,我镇争取新引进亿元以上投资项目1至2个,确保新增规模以上企业2财政收入增长8%以上

(二)聚焦精准扶贫,依靠特色产业助力脱贫。按照县委、县政府要求继续做好脱贫攻坚工作,大力推行乡村旅游带动、龙头企业带动、经营大户带动等产业扶贫模式。加大对渊明皇菊种植产业、太空莲生态旅游等优势产业扶持力度,不断扩大蔡河村渊明皇菊特色品牌影响力。开发蔡河村中草药种植新产业,继续加强对中草药种植专业合作社管理与帮扶。

(三)聚焦民生民利,倾力解决民困民忧问题。加大对民政工作经费投入,加强对敬老院工作管理,认真做好残疾人服务工作,更加全面解决我镇残疾人对辅助器材的需求。进一步规范低保、社保审批流程,推进低保管理标准化、精细化。大力推动殡葬改革事业发展,投资300万元进行公益性墓地建设。加大对道路交通、农田水利等建设投入,加快樟树一桥、五桥和红桥危桥改造工程进度,全面推进山湾高标准农田建设项目和何铺土地整理项目,加快对水毁水利设施修复等,推动我镇基础设施项目建设取得新进展、新成效

(四)聚焦安全稳定,夯实基础谋求工作提升。继续坚持领导带头检查、业主自查自改制和督查通报等度,突出重点区域,对建筑工地、道路桥梁施工路段、学校等进行重点监控;突出重点行业,对采石场、地下矿井、交通、烟花爆竹、危化物品等行业重点排查。继续深入推进综治 “三项建设”,落实创新社会治理模式、拓展社会治安防控体系、提升平安建设法治水平的具体举措,切实提升辖区的社会管理服务水平、重点人群管控能力、突出问题整治力度,不断巩固、夯实我镇的综治工作成果和维稳工作基础,确保辖区内不发生民转刑案件、不发生涉命案件、不发生群体性冲突事件,使得辖区公众安全感及政法部门群众满意度进一步提升

(五)聚焦乡村振兴,持续推进秀美吴山建设。积极组织力量“两违”进行管控对于违法用地、违章建筑的整治行动持续深入、重拳出击“两违”整治工作作为一项经常性工作来抓,确保“两违”整治经得起时间和实践的检验。继续推进新农村建设,全年至少完成10个新农村建设点,重点做好蔡河村沿线的延伸打造,确实体现出该村乡村振兴示范村的风貌。常态化开展农村垃圾治理、生活污水治理和改厕工作打好蓝天碧水净土保卫战
